Qatari Custard Recipe – وصفة الكاسترد القطري

Today, i made a few dishes that i would LOVE to share with you. A Small Background of my Arabic Culture.


بالكاسترد القطري:-

– ٥ اكواب ماي

– ٤ ملاعق طعام ” حليب بودر “

-٣ملاعق طعام كاسترد بودر

– كوب سكر

” نخلطهم مع بعض على الجولة لما يصير الخليط ثقيل “

واخر المرحلة نضيف كوب ماي الورد منقع فيه الزعفران . تالي ندخله الثلاجة ويقدم بارد

- 5 cups Water

- 4 tablespoons " Powder Milk "

- 3 tablespoons Custard powder

- Cup sugar

"Mix them all together on medium heat until the mixture becomes thick ."

The last stage and add a cup of rose water marinated with saffron .
Then put it into the fridge and serve cold.
